Johanna Nimeth Customer service was great with Ashley. The initial topper had several seams on the print that didn't match up which was a bit disappointing. I contacted Ashley and she remade the order which got out quickly to me. Unfortunately the new topper looked faded--the stripes were gray instead of black and the colors were dull. I ultimately requested a refund which Ashley fulfilled.
